Bug-type Pokemon Coloring Pages

Welcome to our Bug-type Pokémon coloring pages!

From tiny caterpillars to winged warriors, these Pokémon show off the cleverness and energy of the Bug type. Perfect for trainers who love speedy, nature-inspired Pokémon.

Bug-type Pokémon are generally strong against Grass-, Psychic-, and Dark-type opponents, but they are weak against Fire-, Flying-, and Rock-type Pokémon. Some Bug-types have unique abilities, like Stun Spore to paralyze foes or Compound Eyes to improve accuracy, making them surprisingly tricky and strategic in battles.

Bug-type Pokémon often grow and evolve quickly, making them very nimble but usually quite fragile. In Generation I, Bug-types were considered weak due to limited and low-powered moves. Later generations improved their effectiveness with stronger moves and an advantage over Dark-type Pokémon.

In Generations 1–3, all Bug-type moves were categorized as Physical.
